Delete your WatchID account
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app. Deletion is permanent.
In the app
- Open WatchID and sign in.
- Go to the Me tab.
- Under Account, tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. You are signed out and the account is deleted immediately.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity (email or Sign in with Apple).
- Your profile, display name, and favorite brands.
- Your scan history, identification results, and every uploaded watch image.
- Your free-scan usage record, reports, and blocks.
Crash reports and aggregated diagnostics that do not identify you may be retained for a limited period, as described in the Privacy Policy. Apple keeps its own purchase records.
Your Apple subscription
Deleting the app or your WatchID account does not cancel a WatchID Pro subscription. Cancel it first in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on your iPhone, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Cannot access the app?
Email christophe@horoview.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “WatchID account deletion”. We verify the request and confirm the deletion within 30 days.
